烹飪指導

蝦籽是調味的良方,但略帶些腥味,只要預先在乾淨的鍋中慢火炒過,或用薑片、蔥條與滾水再滴幾滴紹興花雕酒,將蝦籽加入,隔水蒸5分鐘左右,問題就會迎刃而解。
