為杭白菊採收初期的花蕾,採收標準以花瓣突破花蕾苞衣,花瓣即將展開,花蕊微露時採摘。朵花採收時花瓣舒

展平直,花心1/3散開,花色瑩白潔白。兩者主要為外觀的差別,口味上相差不多

新鮮菊花經過微波殺青、氣流乾燥後,含水量在13%以下,即可長期保存,加工過程不使用任何添加劑。上等杭

白菊色澤黃嫩清香;泡開後花形完整、湯清色黃、味甘香醇。
